3.2. No In-App Purchases: There are no hidden costs or microtransactions required to progress in the game or leaderboard.
4.1. Entertainment Only: Bola Meme is strictly a sports prediction game for entertainment and social competition purposes only.
4.2. No Real Money Wagering: We DO NOT offer real money gambling, betting, or wagering services. It is impossible to deposit money into the application, and it is impossible to withdraw money from the application.
4.3. Virtual Points: Any points, scores, rankings, or virtual rewards displayed in the Service have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money or tangible goods.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bola Meme and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Indonesia and foreign countries.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Bola Meme.
Bola Meme has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Bola Meme shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., using bot/automation for predictions, cheating, or abusive behavior).
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Bola Meme, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
